Gentle Yoga @ The Baobab with James Thompson
At Baobab Yoga we work with body, breath and mind in a non-competitive atmosphere of self-discovery. Tuesday’s class is gentle Iyengar yoga for those with pain, physical weakness, or an issue that might make it hard to do some practices. We will also have some meditation in class, generally in the Zen style.
Yoga is good for both men and women. We develop physical strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, and the will. All our systems are restored.
